MONROE SUGAR FACTORY

Some years ago, my Mother, Doris Kirkham Johnson, my sister Maureen Johnson Gordon, and my brother Dale Maurice Johnson traveled through Southern Utah.  One stop was at the Monroe Sugar Factory where Lott Kirkham once worked.  This is a picture of what remains.  Also, there is a nearby building connected with the Sugar Factory that is now run as a home for young men.  In that home are still pictures of the old sugar factory, and the processing that went on in that factory.
